All photographs displayed on this website are the original work of the photographer and are automatically protected by copyright laws. No photograph may be reproduced, copied, or used in any way without prior written permission from the photographer.

For non-commercial use, a one-time licence fee is required before downloading any photograph from this website and/or website shop. The licence fee grants the purchaser the right to use the photograph for non-commercial purposes only.

For commercial use, please contact the photographer directly to discuss appropriate licensing options and fees.

If any purchased image is used on social media, websites, media releases, and/or in publications, the photographer must be credited as follows: “Photographer Tim Moor, www.timmoorphotography.com”.

Ordering Information

Option 1 – Download:

– Purchase a high-resolution digital file for personal printing and framing.

– Available through our online store for non-commercial use only.

– Choose between a watermarked or non-watermarked version.

– Payment required prior to download; no refunds available.

Option 2 – Print and Frame:

– Select your desired image, and we will professionally print and frame it using high-quality materials.

– Choose your preferred size when ordering from our online shop.

– Upfront payment required, with the option to ship internationally.

– Refunds offered within 14 days of receipt.

– Replacements provided within 2 days of receiving damaged goods due to shipping.

Option 3 – Commercial Use and Commissions:

– Please contact us directly for inquiries related to commercial use of images or special requests and commissions.

Additional Terms:

– All sales are final once the product has been downloaded or shipped.

– Prices are subject to change without notice.

– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

– By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Refund Policy:

– For Option 1 (Downloads), no refunds will be provided due to the digital nature of the product.

– For Option 2 (Print and Frame), refunds will be offered within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

– For damaged goods due to shipping (Option 2), replacements will be provided within 2 days of receiving the damaged item. The customer must provide evidence of the damage upon receipt.
