TIM MOOR MA LRPS

Tim lives on Waiheke island, New Zealand with his lovely wife and two children. He is a product designer and has a BA (HONS) degree and a Masters (MA) in Design Practice and has received eight national and international awards for his designs.

In 2013, Tim suffered a mild traumatic brain injury causing chronic migraine on an almost daily basis following a cycling accident. The constant migraines left Tim unable to cope with loud noises, bright lights and busy environments.

During this time, he questioned ‘what if I have lost my ability to be creative?’ and he thought that photography, his hobby, was something he could do that would not hurt his head in an attempt to try and answer the question.

Photography became an alternative rehabilitation tool and as time went by, Tim started to find that everywhere he walked he wanted his camera with him and started purposefully going out to places that he could photograph and his particular interests are waterscape, natural patterns and animal portrait photography.

Tim is now fully recovered and has built an image library that is ever growing as he remains very passionate about photography.
